I think its all about how soft it is. You don't want a mango that is too mushy, but not too hard either. The mango I used in this recipe, wasn't ultra ripe, in fact it was a bit on the unripe side. Still, it tasted wonderful!

Wow, I must say, interesting combo. I am new to this whole raw lifestyle. I am constantly looking for good ideas and tips and hints. After reading information off of raw lifestyle sites, I am eager to find as many unique recipes as possible.

With excitement comes a lot of stress, too! If anything, this drink helps to keep my body healthy, thus in turn helping to ward off stress. But, when its all finally done and over with, I will be able to go outside and pick the ingredients from my garden. :)
